27-305 - Employee responsibility 27-305 . Employee responsibility Each employee shall make full use of all safeguards provided for his protection. Except for the purposes of repair, no employee or other person shall remove, displace, damage, destroy or carry off any safety device or safeguard furnished or provided, nor shall he interfere with the use thereof. No employee or other person shall interfere with the methods or processes adopted for the protection of employees, nor shall he fail or neglect to do anything reasonably necessary to protect the life, health and safety of himself and other employees.
