ARS § 3-2011

Some producers or owners may slaughter certain livestock for their own use without a special slaughter permit or license, but they must keep hides and meat under inspection and stamping rules. People slaughtering another’s livestock must keep the hide, get the meat stamped, and be licensed under the director’s rules.
