ARS § 3-3623

The director may suspend certain licenses without a hearing if civil penalties are not paid within 30 calendar days. A suspended licensee must apply for reinstatement, and after one year the suspended credential must be revoked. The division cannot renew or broaden the credential until reinstatement.
