ARS § 32-1721
This chapter does not apply to four listed categories: certain licensed physicians and surgeons, licensed dispensing opticians acting lawfully under section 32-1671, sales of complete ready-to-wear eyeglasses from a permanently established business, and individuals performing duties delegated by a licensee.
