32-2185.02 - Permanent access to subdivided land; rescindable sales 32-2185.02 . Permanent access to subdivided land; rescindable sales A. No subdivided land may be sold without provision for permanent access to the land over terrain which may be traversed by conventional motor vehicle unless such provision is waived by the commissioner. B. Any sale of subdivided land which is without permanent access is rescindable by the purchaser. An action by the purchaser to rescind such transaction shall be brought within three years of the date of execution of the real estate sales contract by the purchaser.
