ARS § 32-2189

The commissioner must deposit certain sums into the real estate recovery fund and hold the fund in trust; the state treasurer must invest and divest the fund on notice from the commissioner; and the commissioner may spend up to $50,000 a fiscal year of interest money to increase public awareness of the fund.
