32-2905 - Executive director; duties 32-2905. Executive director; duties A. The executive director of the acupuncture board of examiners shall serve as the executive director of the board of homeopathic and integrated medicine examiners. The staff of the acupuncture board of examiners shall carry out the administrative responsibilities of the board of homeopathic and integrated medicine examiners. B. The executive director shall: 1. Collect all monies due and payable to the board. 2. Deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, all monies received by the board in the appropriate fund. 3. Prepare bills for authorized expenditures of the board and obtain warrants from the department of administration. 4. Act as custodian of the seal, books, records, minutes and proceedings of the board. 5. Perform all duties prescribed by the board. 6. Perform all administrative duties of the board. 7. Subject to title 41, chapter 4, article 4, employ personnel necessary to carry out board functions.
