About this statute
The executive director may dismiss certain complaints if delegated by the board and the investigation shows the complaint lacks merit and dismissal is appropriate. The executive director must report dismissed complaints at each regularly scheduled board meeting. An aggrieved person may ask the board in writing to review the action within 35 days after written notice, and the board must review it at the next regular meeting.
