32-3701 - Child support arrearages; suspension of license or certificate; applicability; definition 32-3701 . Child support arrearages; suspension of license or certificate; applicability; definition A. A licensing board or agency shall suspend a license within thirty days after receiving a certificate of noncompliance from the court pursuant to section 25-518. The licensing board or agency shall not lift the suspension until it receives a certificate of compliance from the court. B. The licensing board or agency shall notify the department of economic security within thirty days in writing, or by any other means prescribed by the department, of all license suspensions pursuant to this section. The information shall include the person's name, address, date of birth and social security number. C. This section applies to support obligations ordered by any state, territory or district of the United States. D. For purposes of this section, "license" means any license, certificate, registration, permit or other authorization that: 1. Is issued by an agency or regulatory board. 2. Is subject before expiration to suspension, revocation, forfeiture or termination by the issuing board or agency. 3. A person must obtain to practice or engage in a particular business, occupation or profession.
