ARS § 33-2106
Rental agreements may not make tenants give up legal rights or remedies, or require extra name changes on a recreational vehicle title as a tenancy condition. If a landlord knowingly uses a rental agreement with prohibited terms, the tenant may recover actual damages and may void the agreement.
