ARS § 33-2145

When a rental agreement ends, the landlord may seek possession, rent, and actual damages; in some restitution proceedings the landlord can direct the sheriff or constable not to remove the recreational vehicle, and the landlord may shut off landlord-provided utilities if the vehicle is deemed abandoned.
