ARS § 33-813

A trustor or certain related lienholders may reinstate a defaulted trust deed before the sale deadline by paying required amounts and curing other defaults. The trustee must provide reinstatement estimates on request and must record cancellation of the sale notice when reinstatement or full payment occurs.
