ARS § 33-984
People who labor or supply materials for a mill, factory, or hoisting works at the owner’s request have a lien for the amount owed. A foreclosure-sale purchaser may remove the property within 60 days in some cases, and a lien on a mine-related site may include up to five acres of surface ground.
