ARS § 36-435
Hospital governing boards must allow duly licensed podiatrists to use the hospital and have staff privileges, subject to nondiscriminatory rules. Teaching facilities owned or operated by a university medical school may require a faculty teaching appointment for podiatrist staff-privilege eligibility.
