36-595.01 - Access to facilities 36-595.01 . Access to facilities A group home, nursing-supported group home, adult developmental home or child developmental home shall allow the following to inspect the facility at reasonable times: 1. Parents and guardians of facility residents. 2. Members of the developmental disabilities advisory council. 3. Employees or agents of an Arizona nonprofit advocacy organization that is a state chapter of a national advocacy organization, that has affiliated local chapters within this state and that has historical expertise with monitoring residential settings for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
