ARS § 36-666
Knowingly performing or causing certain HIV-related testing or communicable-disease information disclosures in violation of this article is a class 3 misdemeanor. The section also gives immunity from civil or criminal liability for specified disclosures or nondisclosures made in good faith and without malice.
