ARS § 4-120
The liquor licenses fund is created and administered by the department of liquor licenses and control. Deposits each year may not exceed the amount appropriated by the legislature, and the fund’s monies are generally exempt from lapsing rules except for excess over $700,000 at fiscal year end.
