ARS § 41-111
The governor or governor-elect must deposit inauguration funds in the state promotional fund account and pay inauguration costs from that account. Individuals or entities may donate for gubernatorial inauguration expenses up to an aggregate of $25,000, and lawful donations are not treated as contributions for title 16,
