About this statute
A person aggrieved by an administrative law judge decision may ask the director for a rehearing by filing a written petition. The director must notify the other party within 10 days, and later issue a written order with reasons and send copies to the parties. In a rehearing, a corporation may be represented by an authorized officer or employee who is not a lawyer, if the representation is secondary or incidental to that person’s corporate duties.
