ARS § 41-502
This section creates the Arizona state parks heritage fund, requires the Arizona state parks board to administer it, and directs the state treasurer to invest and divest its monies on notice from the board. Fund monies are continuously appropriated and exempt from the lapsing-of-appropriations rules in section 35-190.
