ARS § 41-511.19
This section establishes Catalina state park and lets the Arizona state parks board or its successor lease or purchase described lands for park purposes, if appropriated funds are available. It also lets the state land commissioner obtain described land by trading equal-value state land in Pima or Pinal County.
