41-951 - Qualification for pension; adjustment 41-951 . Qualification for pension; adjustment A. Every person who for a period of not less than six months was a member of and received an honorable discharge from the organization known as the Arizona Rangers, created by chapter 2 of title 46, Revised Statutes of Arizona, 1901, and amended by chapter 64 of the twenty-second legislative assembly of the territory of Arizona, 1903, and who has continuously resided in the territory and state of Arizona since the date of such honorable discharge, and has not been convicted of a felony, shall be entitled to a pension of six hundred fifty dollars per month as provided by this article, until death or removal from the state. B. The department of administration shall annually adjust the amount of pensions according to the annual changes in the GDP price deflator as defined in section 41-563.
