48-6203 - Board of directors 48-6203. Board of directors (Conditionally Rpld.) A. The district is governed by a board of directors consisting of the following members: 1. For a district that is formed by a city and a county, one member of the governing body of the city participating in establishing the district, elected by the governing body. If a county does not participate in establishing the district, the city shall elect two members of its governing body to be members of the board of directors of the district. 2.
