ARS § 6-1007
A lessor may keep dealing with a lessee’s written agent after the lessee dies or is found incompetent until the lessor has actual knowledge of that fact. Revocation of the agent’s authority is not effective against the lessor until the lessor gets the required written notice or other satisfactory evidence.
