6-1205 - Multistate supervision 6-1205. Multistate supervision A. The director may participate in multistate supervisory processes established between states for all licensees that hold licenses in this state and other states. As a participant in multistate supervision, the director shall: 1. Cooperate, coordinate and share information with other state and federal regulators in accordance with this title. 2. Enter into written cooperation, coordination or information-sharing contracts or agreements with organizations that have state or federal governmental agencies as members. 3. Cooperate, coordinate and share information with organizations that have state or federal governmental agencies as members if the organizations agree in writing to maintain the confidentiality and security of the shared information pursuant to section 6-129. B. The director may not waive and this section does not constitute a waiver of the director's authority to conduct an examination or investigation or otherwise take action authorized by this title or a rule adopted or order issued under this title to enforce compliance with an applicable state or federal law. C. A joint examination or investigation or acceptance of an examination or investigation report does not waive an examination assessment provided for in this title.
