ARS § 6-525
Credit union members must hold annual and special meetings as set by the bylaws, and members generally get one vote each. Proxy voting is barred, but bylaws may allow absentee, mail, or other voting methods. The board may set a voting/office age limit up to 18, and minors may vote through a parent or guardian.
