ARS § 8-515
A child may not stay in a receiving foster home for more than three weeks unless there is a juvenile court order. Any order that extends placement beyond three weeks must be reviewed by the juvenile court at least weekly, starting one week after the order is made, and the court must then reaffirm or withdraw it.
