Route 109 is described as running from Route 84 to Route 101, and the department has duties and limits for work and planning on the route segment in East Palo Alto.

Route 110 runs from Route 47 in San Pedro to Glenarm Street in Pasadena, and Los Angeles and Pasadena must maintain signs and traffic flow on certain relinquished former portions.

Route 132 runs between the listed highway points near Vernalis, Modesto, and Route 49.

Route 133 runs from Route 1 near Laguna Beach to Route 241.

The commission may transfer part of Route 133 to the City of Laguna Beach if stated conditions are met, and the city must keep traffic moving and maintain route signs after the transfer takes effect.

Route 147 runs from Route 89 near Canyon Dam to Route 36 near Westwood.

Route 148 runs from Route 5 near Sacramento to Route 143 south of Route 16, and from Route 143 south of Route 16 to Route 65.

Route 149 runs from Route 70 near Wicks Corner to Route 99 south of Chico.

Route 150 runs from Route 101 near the Ventura-Santa Barbara county line to Route 126 near Santa Paula.

Route 151 runs from Shasta Dam to Route 5 near the City of Shasta Lake.

Route 158 runs from Route 395 near June Lake to Route 395 near Rush Creek, passing near June Lake, Silver Lake, and Grant Lake.

Route 160 is described as running between the listed points, and the City of Sacramento must maintain signs on the relinquished former portion directing motorists to the continuation of Route 160.

Route 161 runs from Route 97 near Dorris to Route 139 near Hatfield.

Route 173 runs from Route 138 to Route 18 via Lake Arrowhead.

Route 174 may be relinquished to the City of Grass Valley if the required agreement and commission approval are in place; after relinquishment, the city must keep traffic flowing and maintain route signs.

Route 185 is described as running from Route 92 in Hayward to Route 77 in Oakland, and the commission may relinquish parts of it to local governments under specified conditions.

Route 186 runs from the international boundary near Algodones to Route 8.

Route 187 runs from Lincoln Boulevard to Route 10 via Venice Boulevard. The commission may relinquish part of Route 187 to the City of Los Angeles if stated conditions are met.

The title to the specified right-of-way is relinquished to the City of Los Angeles if the department concurs that it is not needed for state highway purposes.

Route 188 runs from the international boundary near Tecate to Route 94.

Route 189 runs from Route 18 near Strawberry Peak to Route 173 near Lake Arrowhead via Strawberry Flat.

Route 202 runs from the California Correctional Institution at Tehachapi to Route 58 near Tehachapi.

“Contractor” is defined as the person or entity awarded a contract to do work authorized by this division, including contracting owners or their agents.
