Florida Statutes § 958.07 — Presentence report; access by defendant.

The defendant can present facts to the court, and the defendant, the attorney, and the state may inspect factual material in certain presentence reports. The court may withhold confidential sources, but it must explain and disclose the reason for any nondisclosure.
