Florida Statutes § 383.015 — Breastfeeding.
This section says a mother may breastfeed her baby in any place she is otherwise allowed to be, and a qualifying maternity or newborn-care facility may use the label “baby-friendly” if it has a breastfeeding policy under s. 383.016.
