Florida Statutes § 567.05 — Inspectors, returns, and canvass.

Election inspectors must be appointed and qualified as in general elections, canvass the vote, and promptly return the results to county commissioners. The county canvassing board must canvass the returns, declare the result, and have it recorded as allowed by general election law.
