Florida Statutes § 253.1241 — Studies.
The Department of Environmental Protection has 90 days after an application to complete required studies and surveys, and the Board of Trustees and others covered by the section must request those studies and surveys within 30 days after receiving an application for sale or a dredge or fill permit.
