Florida Statutes § 578.181 — Penalties; administrative fine.
The department may issue penalties for chapter or rule violations, including warning letters, Class I administrative fines, and suspension or revocation of seed dealer registration. A person who violates the chapter is also guilty of a second-degree misdemeanor.
