Florida Statutes § 402.86 — Rulemaking authority for refugee assistance program.
The Department of Children and Families may administer the refugee assistance program, and it must adopt rules needed to run this section. The department or a designated child-placing or child-caring agency may ask circuit court to establish custody, and the court may do so for an Unaccompanied Refugee Minor.
