Florida Statutes § 207.022 — Restraining and enjoining violation.

The Department of Legal Affairs or a state attorney may bring a court action to restrain a person who violates this chapter or fails to pay taxes, interest, and penalties due, and the person may be barred from operating a motor vehicle in the state until they comply and pay.
