Florida Statutes § 335.199 — Transportation projects modifying access to adjacent property.

Before certain State Highway System projects that affect nearby property access, the Department of Transportation must notify affected owners and governments, explain the project, allow comments, consult local government in some cases, hold a public meeting, and consider comments and alternatives.
