Florida Statutes § 702.065 — Final judgment in uncontested proceedings where deficiency judgment waived; attorney’s fees when default judgment entered.

In certain uncontested mortgage foreclosures, the court must enter final judgment within 90 days; in some default-judgment cases, it may skip a hearing on attorney’s fees if the fees are 3% or less of the principal owed.
