Florida Statutes § 662.133 — Oaths, affidavits, and acknowledgments.
If a family trust company or licensed family trust company must make an oath, affirmation, affidavit, or acknowledgment about a fiduciary role, a director, officer, or authorized manager/officer for an LLC must make and, if needed, sign it for the company.
