Florida Statutes § 943.601 — Preservation of legislative powers.

This section says the chapter does not limit legislative leaders’ and officers’ rights and powers to direct members, committees, or legislative employees to attend meetings or enter Capitol Complex areas for legislative purposes, unless the presiding officers agree otherwise.
