Florida Statutes § 684.0037 — Expert appointed by arbitral tribunal.
An arbitral tribunal may appoint experts and require a party to provide relevant information, documents, goods, or access for inspection. An expert must also participate in a hearing if requested or if the tribunal thinks it is necessary, unless the parties agree otherwise.
