Florida Statutes § 472.019 — Reactivation; continuing education.
The board must adopt rules for inactive licenses and renewal, and set reactivation and renewal fees at no more than $50 each. Continuing-education requirements for reactivation cannot exceed 12 classroom hours for each inactive year.
