Florida Statutes § 455.204 — Long-range policy planning; plans, reports, and recommendations.

The department, with the board where appropriate, must create and carry out a long-range policy planning and monitoring process, get the secretary’s approval, update the plans each year, report quarterly to the boards, and send the plans to the Governor and Legislature by November 1 each year.
