Florida Statutes § 66.071 — Betterment, judgment for plaintiff.
After the verdict, the clerk must determine the balance of the last three assessments and its amount. If the verdict is for the plaintiff, costs are awarded against the defendant, and if the balance also favors the plaintiff, the plaintiff gets costs plus the balance judgment.
