HRS § 514B-63 - Condominium specialists; appointment; duties
The director of commerce and consumer affairs may appoint condominium specialists and secretaries to help consumers and assist with the director’s duties. The specialists and secretaries must be in the State employees’ retirement system and may receive generally applicable state or federal employee benefits.
