HRS § 514B-97 - Affidavit
The affidavit expires after 365 days, or earlier if title is acquired by a lender or investor through foreclosure or a deed in lieu; it must be personally signed by all prospective owner-occupants and the affiant must notify the commission immediately if they stop being an owner-occupant.
