Iowa Code § 155A.5 - Injunction
The board may seek an injunction or other court process to stop unlicensed pharmacy-related operations or chapter violations. The attorney general must start the proceedings on the board’s request, and the county attorney must help in the county attorney’s county if the attorney general requests it.
