Iowa Code § 196.8 - Quality — storage

Eggs sold to an establishment must meet consumer grade B, eggs for human consumption must be kept at or below 45°F (7°C) until they reach the consumer, and shell eggs must not freeze; a limited poultry-show exception applies.
