Iowa Code § 222.11 - Expense

All actual and necessary expenses incurred in the taking into protective custody, restraint, and transportation of such patients to the resource centers shall be paid on itemized vouchers, sworn to by the claimants, and approved by the superintendent and the director from any moneys in the state treasury not otherwise appropriated.
