Iowa Code § 237.22 - Case permanency plan

The agency responsible for the placement of the child shall create a case permanency plan. In addition to requirements stated in section 232.2, subsection 6, the plan shall also include but not be limited to: 1. Time frames to meet the stated permanency goal and short-term objectives. 2. The care and services that will be provided to the child, biological parents, the child’s fictive kin, and foster parents. 3. The efforts to place the child with a relative or fictive kin. 4.
