Iowa Code § 252D.31 - Motion to quash
An obligor may file a motion to quash an income withholding order or notice; the clerk must schedule a hearing within 7 days and mail copies to the parties, and the payor must keep withholding and transmitting the ordered amount until notice that the motion was granted is received.
